![]() Grass Trimmer head
专利摘要:
Summary The invention relates to a grass trimmer (1) with a rapidly rotating trimmer head (4). Flexible scar blades (7a-b) extend from the trimmer head. The cutting blades (7a-b) have a mainly in • rectangular cross-section. With this design, the blade of grass is welded to the wide blade through 8tnkt's inertia and the friction of the blade, so that the cutting effect is achieved under conditions when normal types of cutting blades do not work. The flat cutting blades according to the invention bend in a spiral shape when the blades strike at an edge, but since the action of the flat cutting blades is based on the friction between the entire part of the straw which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the blade, the cutting action remains high. The scar blade (7a-b) may be formed entirely of rubber. Typically, the scissor blade (7a-b) comprises a rubber-like material having a hardness in the range of 55-150 Shore. The invention furthermore relates to such a cutting blade (7a-b) which bore a bevelled lower edge on the side of the blade which faces what is to be cut off, so that the blade bends more easily and is applied to the blade. 公开号:SE1300387A1 申请号:SE1300387 申请日:2013-05-28 公开日:2014-11-29 发明作者:Leif Bertil Hjert 申请人:Leif Bertil Hjert; IPC主号:
专利说明:
The present invention relates to a grass trimmer with compliant blade according to the preamble of the independent claim. Background of the Invention Grass trimmers with resilient scarlet leaves are common and typically have scarlet leaves in the form of a mainly round tree. The trade is held outstretched by the centrifugal force as the trimmer head rotates. If the wire strikes a stone edge, it is easy to cut off all the outer part and then the wire gradually loses its length and joint effect. An object of the invention is therefore to provide a grass trimmer with a resilient cutting blade which can better strike hard objects without losing its splicing effect. These and other purposes are achieved by means of a grass trimmer with resilient scarlet blade according to the cantilevered parts of the independent claim. Summary of the invention The invention relates to a grass trimmer 1 comprising a trimmer head 4 which rotates rapidly around an axis of rotation, where at least one resilient cutting blade 7a-b extends from the trimmer head. The cutting blade 7a-b has a substantially rectangular cross-section. The proportions between height and width are typically in the range 2-10. With this design, the blade of grass is welded to the wide blade through the fatigue of the blade and the friction of the blade, so that all the mowing effect is advantageously achieved under conditions when ordinary types of cutting blades do not work. The flat cutting blades according to the invention bend in a spiral shape as the blades strike at an edge, but since the action of the flat cutting blades is based on the friction between the entire part of the blade which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the blade, the cutting effect remains high. The cutting blade 7a-b has at least a rubbery surface coating to achieve high friction, but it may be entirely formed of rubber. In an advantageous embodiment, the cutting blade 7a-b comprises a rubber-like material with a hardness in the range 55-150 Shore or particularly advantageously with a hardness in the range 80-110 Shore. The invention furthermore relates to such a cutting blade 7a-b which had a bevelled lower edge on the side of the blade which faces the object to be cut off, so that the straw bends more easily and is applied to the blade. Brief description of the figures Fig. 1 shows the trimmer in use Fig. 2 shows the trimmer head seen obliquely from below Fig. 3 shows the trimmer head seen from the side towards the bottom part from above Description of a preferred embodiment Fig. 1 shows the trimmer 1 in use. The trimmer can be used to mow grass, localities or general vegetation and is largely designed in the usual way for what is often referred to as grass trimmers. The trimmer comprises a handle part 2 with control devices for controlling engine speed and more. From the handle part an arm 3 protrudes down to the trimmer head 4. In the lower spirit of the arm, closest to the trimmer head, there is a protective cap 5 arranged which reduces the amount of cut grass strands spraying towards the user 6. From the trimmer head 4 extend two scar blades 7a-b which rotate with trimmer head and cut the grass or other unwanted vegetation. Fig. 2 shows in stone detail the trimmer head seen obliquely from above and Fig. 3 shows the trimmer head seen on the fine side. The trimmer head consists of a substantially cylindrical element which in use rotates at a high speed about its center axis. The trimmer head functions as a nay fin whose inner two cutting blades 7a-b extend. The cutting blades are thinnest inside the hub and extend through openings on the side of the trimmer head. The cutting blades are resilient and in the figure one of the cutting blades 7b is illustrated in an unloaded condition with the trimmer head stationary. The cutting blade extends out through one of the openings in the cutting head and bends off from a purely radial direction. The second razor blade 7a is illustrated in unloaded condition 2 at the rotating trimmer head, i.e. when the centrifugal action causes the razor blade to extend almost completely radially from the center of the trimmer head. If the leaf is loaded, that is, if the leaf cuts through vegetation, the leaf tends to end up in a layer somewhere between these two layers. To allow the leaves to rotate between these two layers, the openings for the leaves have a certain width. As can be seen from the figure, the blades are rectangular in cross-section with a height, i.e. extension parallel to the axis of the hub !, which is considerable stone in their width. The height of the blades is in turn considerably shorter than their longitudinal extent, ie the length of the blade is matt from its fixed point near the center of the hub to its spirit farthest from the circumference of the hub. In the embodiment illustrated, the height of the blades is 12 mm while the width is 3 mm, i.e. with a ratio of 4: 1. The embodiment illustrates working functions, but of course other proportions are conceivable, such as 2: 2, 6: 8, 8:10, 10: 3 or up to at least 10: 1. The cutting blades are challenged in rubber with the hardness 95 Shore, which gives a reasonable balance between the stiffness of the blades, which gives stability so that the numbers repeatedly strike the grass without deviating too much, but at the same time gives some flexibility which gives the effect that the strip-shaped cutting blades . The effect of the leaves is based on the fact that when the leaf strikes against the stalk, the part of the stalk that is reached by the leaf is forced to lie against the leaf in its full length. Between the rubber and the straws there is a high friction, so the straws are held firmly against the blade so that it is pulled off at the lower edge of the blade. With a common type of blade, which is covered by a mainly round thread, the strait is bent around the blade and the inertia of the strait as Riljd of the weight of the straet, get it aft worn ay. The trade is mainly circular and is extended at high speeds due to the centrifugal force. If the user cuts grass near a stone-paved edge and the peiiferi of the tread is applied to the stone edge, the tread is bent and stone tread pieces riots so that the cutting edge decreases. In addition, the flat cutting blades have a much smaller effect on large objects, such as if they inadvertently stand against the user's legs or if the user intentionally cuts grass near a paved edge. The flat cutting blades according to the invention also bend in a spiral shape when the blades strike at an edge, but since the action of the flat cutting blades is based on the friction between the entire part of the straw which lies substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the blade, the joint remains high. For a common thread-shaped cutting blade, the cutting effect is greatly reduced if the thread is angled in a spiral format, so that they become less effective if they strike an edge. The device which uses the cutting blades according to the invention is referred to as grass trimmer for simplicity, but refers to first trimmers that can be used for all types of vegetation and also for cutting other types of material other than vegetation. The described embodiment uses solid rubber with a certain stiffness, but obviously other types of materials with some flexibility can be used. The surface friction of the material is important for welding the straw during the cutting, but the surface does not of course need to be made of just rubber, other materials with high friction or a jagged surface coating can have the same effect. In the proposed embodiment, the cutting blades are challenged in rubber with a hardness of 95 Shore, but hardnesses in the range 55-150 Shore work and especially the range 80-110 Shore works. You can also think of variants where the rubber-like material has an inner reinforcement or where the blade is mainly formed in a completely different type of material, but with a surface coating of a rubber-like material to achieve the desired friction. In an embodiment not illustrated, the cutting blades do not have a purely rectangular cross-section, but have a chamfer on the lower edge facing the strata to be cut. PA said sail underlttttar Rir straet to bend so that it effectively abuts the skdrbladet and by friction halls fast so that it then cut ay. 4
